Return conditions

You have the right to return a product under the following conditions:  

• The product must be in a good shape.
• All packages must not be absent and must also be in good shape.
• VNSYS keeps its right to deny returns under specific circumstances.

Products cannot be returned if:

• They were a special request by the customer
• Products or accessories are in bad shape or missing.
• Products with missing boxes or packages.
• Products registered for guarantee, insurance, software etc.

Any expenses on returning a product are NOT taken by VNSYS Ltd.
